BBC Proms Preview Gala 2008

The BBC Proms comes to Cheltenham for a special concert to mark the festivalís launch. Get a sneak preview of some of the music that will be heard at the Royal Albert Hall later this summer, as the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, one of the five BBC orchestras all appearing at the Proms, performs a programme of Britten, Elgar and anniversary composer Rimsky-Korsakov.

Introduced by incoming Proms controller Roger Wright, the concert will also provide an opportunity to buy the bestselling BBC Proms Guide.
